Who do you live with? Your parents, grandparents, brothers, or sisters? The people who live together and love each other form a family.

A family is the first group we belong to. Our family takes care of us, teaches us right from wrong, and celebrates happy moments together. Every family is special!

What is a Family?

A family is a group of people who are related to each other by blood or marriage. They live together, share meals, and take care of each other.

Family members include: parents (mother and father), grandparents (dada-dadi, nana-nani), brothers, sisters, uncles (chacha, mama), aunts (chachi, mami), and cousins.
